Open plan dining and living room lead out onto spacious front verandah with deck and sea views
Dining room leads out onto a private covered back verandah, with a garden firepit and portable Weber to make use of.
There is a lovely outdoor shower with hot and cold water
The property is fully fenced with an alarm system linked to armed response, outdoor beams and CCTV
A water tank with pump is provided in case of water outages
A TV is provided, please bring your own decoder and smartcard
Domestic help can be arranged at your request
